Preparing for your visit with us...
It it very important that you show courtesy to other patients by not being late to your appointment. Arriving 30 minutes prior to a new patient appointment is highly recommended so paperwork does not interfere with your appointment slot and your time with us can be maximized. If at all possible, please bring prior records which might be useful such as past allergy skin testing, pulmonary function testing, CT scans or X-rays of the chest and sinuses, and any laboratory work that has been done such as allergy blood testing or immunology labs. If you believe you will need to be skin tested for allergies please stay off oral antihistamines for seven days.
